You can celebrate the life of someone you love by making a donation in memoriam to the Allergy and Immunology Foundation of Australasia (AIFA). This is a way you can pay tribute to them, knowing that your contribution will work to fund important medical research to improve the lives of those still struggling with an immune disease.
The name of the person you are honouring is listed on our In Memoriam section of the Donors page on the AIFA website. All donors will be personally thanked and provided with a receipt.
You may wish to inform your friends and relatives using the following wording: "Donations in lieu of flowers to the Allergy and Immunology Foundation of Australasia, by cheque in mail to PO Box 450, Balgowlah NSW 2093 or online at www.allergyimmunology.org.au"
With your permission, we may share your loved one's story with a photograph, remembering their life and raising awareness of their immune disease on the AIFA website. The dangers of food allergies are often reported but autoimmune and immunodeficiency diseases are rare. This would help us to raise awareness in the community.
All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and appreciated.
